1. Operator

Live Wallpaper Creator is operated by Yossoft (Yossi Oknin) at https://lwc.yossoft.com. Contact: yossioknin@gmail.com.

2. What the service does

We provide a web tool that builds Android live-wallpaper apps from your uploaded media and settings. Free builds produce debug APKs for testing. Paid builds ($3 per build) produce signed release artifacts.

3. Accounts and acceptable use

• You are responsible for your account and uploaded content.
• You must have rights to the media and trademarks you upload or publish.
• You may not use the service for illegal, abusive, or infringing content.

4. Payments and refunds

• Paid builds are processed via PayPal.
• Price is shown before payment and is currently $3 per signed build.
• If a paid build fails due to a service-side issue, contact us and we will resolve it or refund.

5. Availability and limits

The service is provided on an as-is basis. We try to keep it available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Build times and retention windows may change.

6. Intellectual property

You keep ownership of your content. You grant us a limited license to process it solely to run builds and deliver files.

7. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Yossoft is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.

8. Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
